This resource is meant to use as guided practice or a formative assessment of your students' ability to compare and contrast mitosis and meiosis. Two activities are included. The first is a side by side chart that categorizes many aspects of mitosis and meiosis for comparison. The second activity asks students to compare the chromosome outcomes of the two different types of division in various cell types.
