I have a hybrid teacher/student-centered approach to learning. This comes through common planning and collaboration to decide which approach would best meet the needs of our students for lessons.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Received the 2002 ITT Industries Excellence in Education Award for my Sun, Moon, & Stars curriculum which I created and developed.

My own education history

I received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University in 1996. I then went on to earn my Masters in Curriculum Development from Indiana Wesleyan in 2002.
