Super Teacher Stuff

I needed to create this for a few of my students who transferred to my school from Yemen. The Arabic is spelled out in the way that it sounds phonetically. I have found that it is really helpful when I am working one to one with my Arabic as first language students. Please keep in mind that all of the dialects can range from region to region, so you may need to work with them to get the exact dialect that you need.

This presentation is based upon the story Old Yeller, which is often taught in middle school. It has been integrated into the Reading curriculum for years. This presentation can also be used to compare the movie to the story.

Use this presentation when your class is reading Mother Fletcher's Gift. Vocabulary from the story is defined and linked to example sentences along with illustrations, which help to add personal meaning for your students. I have also written an original summary of the story, and included information about the Harlem Renaissance.

This behavior chart has been a real time saver. I can mark down exactly what the student has done on what day at a particular time. It is also help to keep track of which students have returned items, paid for field trips, etc.

This worksheet gives definitions and examples of nouns. The students will then apply what is learned to identify nouns, and create a passage based upon a variety of nouns.

Just enter the listed conduct codes, and watch as the conduct grade is automatically filled in. This is great for signed papers and creating form letters in MS Word.
