Home practice videos that parents actually use—no printing, no prep, just email the link. Created by a public school SLP with 25 years in the trenches.
THE PROBLEM I SOLVE:
Worksheets disappear into backpacks. Parents feel overwhelmed. Students don't practice at home. Progress stalls. And you're stuck creating materials instead of doing therapy.
MY SOLUTION:
Short "just press play" videos (3-4 min each) that you email to families. Kids watch. Parents don't complain. You get carryover without making one more worksheet.

Teaching style
My approach is rooted in motor learning principles and evidence-based practice. I believe in:
• High-frequency practice - Students need daily repetition to build new motor patterns for speech sounds
• Simplicity for families - Home practice should be easy enough that it actually happens
• Consistent carryover support - Bridging the gap between therapy room success and real-world generalization
• Practical solutions for busy SLPs - Resources that save you time while improving student outcomes

When I'm not creating speech therapy resources, I'm working with my amazing caseload of public school students in Massachusetts. I've been in the schools for 25 years and have seen just about every challenge that comes with providing effective, evidence-based therapy in a school setting.
I started Supplemental Speechie because I wanted to share the solutions I've developed over the years - starting with these home practice videos that have transformed carryover for my students.
