This rubric is a great resource for grading science fair projects! It includes grades based on research, display board, and in class participation. Teachers may choose how to scale the grading. Both the novel and movie, Wonder, are amazing additions to every upper elementary classroom! After we completed our novel study on Wonder, we watched the movie as a 5th grade class. Students were then challenged to tie in our content on informational and persuasive writing to complete a 5 paragraph essay comparing the novel and film. Students loved it and were completely engaged! If your students have access to devices, you can upload the first page and have them complete the assignment on Goog
