This file includes several class rewards. Each reward has a picture to go with it. I printed mine on card-stock, and laminated them. Adding a magnet to the back makes them easy to be used with your students. I normally have the students choose with reward they would like to be working towards and then we hang the magnet on the board as a reminder.

When using Accelerated Reading teachers use the STAR reading level to show students what range they should be reading within. Some students have trouble with understanding numbers to the tenth, so this cards help students with that. Circle the lowest level and the highest level in their range, and then highlight all numbers in between. Students take this card with them when they go to the library, and are able to see exactly which levels they can read.

I keep all of these sheets in one notebook to make

About the store

Experience

I have been teaching for 12 years now. The majority of my career, I taught 4th grade. I taught AIG (Academically/Intellectually Gifted) 1 year. I was an Instructional Technology Facilitator for 4 years. I have also been a School Improvement Coach. This year is my first year in middle school.

Teaching style

I find that for some people I have a love it or hate it kind of teaching style. I find pride in my classroom management. I am very clear with my expectations, and what consequences will take place if they are not met. I am energetic, loud, and sarcastic. My best school years happen when I can find comic relief somewhere in my classroom.
