I have been a professor at USF, Sam Houston State University, the University of West Georgia, and Grand Canyon University. My research has investigated project-based learning, engaging methods, and social-emotional learning. I have been fortunate enough to have had some great experiences with the National Park Service and C-Span where I developed educational materials for both organizations. I have several publications through Teachers Discovery, which provide resources for the classroom.
