I created this rubric to help my fourth graders understand the FSA rubric and to teach them how to use it and to peer edit each others essay. So far, it has worked miracles! I hear so much positive peer talk. It is amazing to hear them saying, "Well, your main idea wasn't consistent in every paragraph." or "How does this text evidence support the main idea."
