About the store

Hi! I taught math at the secondary level for 6.5 years! The courses I taught include Algebra, Algebra 2 (Advanced Algebra), Geometry, and 8th Grade Math (Pre-Algebra). I was the PLC lead for Algebra 2 (Advanced Algebra), and I have been creating guided notes for about 4 years.

Experience

My own education history

In high school, I wanted to be a high school math teacher. My high school math teacher actually talked me OUT of becoming a teacher, and I became an accountant instead. My bachelors degree is in Accounting, but it did not take me long to figure out that the desk-job life was not for me! I got an MAT is Secondary Mathematics and became a math teacher after being an accountant for only a year-and-a-half. I've always had a love for math, and I hope that I can use that love to create useful and meaningful resources for teachers to use!

Additional biographical information

I am a teacher-turned-stay-at-home-mom. Due to some health issues, I have had to give up my time in the classroom; however, I am still passionate about educating students and helping other teachers do the same!! It's my hope that the resources I create can help teachers and take some stress off of their plate.
