Students get 2 strikes and the third takes them out but they can start again. Slides show how many strikes they have and with each strike brings them to a different set of questions.
Great short unit on the basic structure of an atom. It explains how to read the basic information of the periodic table and determine the number of protons, neutrons and electrons of an atom. It explains both isotopes and ions.
The unit includes links to 4 videos I've created to match exactly to the assignments.
