Great for TPEP! This is a student reading progress/monitoring and reflection sheet. I use it with my students the entire year. I test them in the fall, winter, and spring. On the right side I write down their reading level like a chart. After I assess them I have them color a bar graph up to that number. Then I have the students write a reflection piece. The reflection piece you want to them to do every time. Works great for conferences too.
