About the store

Teaching is my passion. I've taught a variety of grades at a variety of public and private schools. I started my teaching career at a private school in Taiwan, then moved home to Utah where I taught elementary for 7 years. When my own kids came along I started a preschool in our basement. Teaching style

The schools I've taught at have all been very different and each has added something new to my style and experience. A key ingredient to my teaching is music. I try to use music and rhythm in every subject.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Once I was surprised by a local news camera crew and awarded teacher of the week! I had been nominated by multiple parents and selected out of over 2000 nominations! I was so surprised!!
