With a rich blend of corporate expertise and classroom experience, I bring a unique perspective to the world of education and professional development. I hold an MBA and spent over a decade in Corporate America, where I specialized in corporate training, instructional design, and leading "train-the-trainer" initiatives for organizations across multiple industries.
When the COVID-19 pandemic shifted the world, I stepped into a new role—teaching my own children at home. This experience ignited a deep passion for education, leading me to earn a teaching license and transition into the classroom full-time. Over the next few years, I taught with heart, resilience, and creativity, gaining first hand insight into the challenges and triumphs of modern educators.
Today, while no longer in the classroom daily, I continue to serve the education community. Whether it's volunteering to support teachers or creating materials to make lives of teachers easier, knowing that teaching is far more than a day job—it's a 24/7 commitment. I hope to uplift educators and bridge the gap between corporate learning strategies and K–12 education principles with practical tools, empathy, and shared experience.
