This checklist is intended to be an organizational tool. Used in the summertime for principals to prepare their district buildings for the upcoming school year. It is pretty generic; most public schools should be able to use this.
Generic Classroom Inventory. At the end of every school year at my district, we must keep track of what's in our rooms, I assume for insurance purposes. I keep up with this from year to year, so i dont have to complete a new one each year, just add to and take away what I need to. Its a lot less time-consuming for me. This is a generic version you can complete for your school, or anadmin can use for their teacher.
This product is intended to be printed, cut out, laminated, hole-punched, and made into a lanyard. This helps judges and audiences keep track of who has gotten out and who is in, as they may not know every student's name. We reuse these year after year. These can also be used to number contestant chairs.
This is a live Google doc that can be used to facilitate faculty lunch. How my school uses it: Last week of the 1st semester (this is our Christmas party).Whoever is in charge, sends this in an email to the group that is bringing goodies. Example: Our principal emails it to all Elementary staff. We sign up to bring what we want on our designated day.***This helps keep from getting a lot of duplicates.***
