I am a 4th grade teacher this year and I have entered into my 12th year of teaching. Over the years I have learned that teaching will be unsuccessful without classroom management. Every year or so, you may find yourself with a child who is more into wanting negative attention as opposed to learning new material. In that case, you will need a plan.
