I found a great Gallon Man craftivity to do with my 3rd graders, but it was missing questions, so I created this. We watched a BrainPOP Jr. video, built Gallon Men & Women, and then students used their craft to answer these questions. I used it as an exit ticket/ formative assessment. I have provided 2 versions, so that you can use this with or without the Gallon Man craft.

Multiplication tables 0-5 are assessed in these 2 tests with 20 questions each. When I say "tables 0-5", I mean 0x1..0x10, 1x1...1x10, 2x1...2x10, and so-on. There are 2 versions of the assessment on one page, so you can save paper while also preventing cheating! The 2 versions have the same questions -- simply in a different order. You could give students 1, 2 or even 3 minutes to complete the 20 questions depending on their abilities.
