I am absolutely passionate about mathematics, and I believe this is a product that all upper elementary teachers need.

This math template can be used for any standard. Encourage creativity and deeper learning as your students take their turn writing the problems. The activity can be extended by switching with a classmate to solve each others word problems.
Do you wish your students would provide more complete responses when solving word problems?
I know that I can't stand getting a single number as the answer to a word problem. I want to be able to read a response and be able to tell what the question was, what the answer is, and how they figured it out.
This template has been a lifesaver! Seriously. It can be used with any problem, and students know exactly what is expected of them to create a complete, quality response.

I love using this product at the beginning of the year. I spend so much time getting to know my students as the kiddos they are, but this helps me determine what type of learners they are!
This could be a great resource when planning learning groups or flexible seating!
As the school year draws to a close, use this activity as an opportunity for your students to reflect on the past year. They will dig deep to not only come up with one key piece of learning from each content area, but also what they've learned about themselves and their classmates.
