Students are introduced to Growth Mindset vs. Fixed Mindset and get the opportunity to write their own smart goals. People with Growth Mindset display the thoughts that you have room to grow and accept new ideas. People with Fixed Mindset are very stuck in their ways and are not open to new ideas or ways of doing things.
