My students love using these graphs. I have given them coordinates and had them graph for homework or independent practice. I have also had them create their names or initials and then locate the coordinates so that a peer-partner can create their name as a way of monitoring their progress.

Students solve for slope intercept form of 14 equations. Example, 2y + 3x = 12, students would put this equation in the y= mx + b format, graph their line on a coordinate plane, and color each shape they have created to appear like a stained glass window.
