This file includes a presentation on 4 definitions of murder and manslaughter (first-degree, second-degree, voluntary/involuntary manslaughter). It also includes scenarios in order to illustrate each definition. It includes famous murder cases which the students use to construct an argument of judgment, determining how to charge the defendant. Included separately is a Word document that includes a printout of these famous murder cases.
