This packet includes 25 addition and subtraction assessments that can be used weekly to assess student growth. There is two addition problems and two subtraction problems on each assessment. A pre-assessment is included as well as a summative assessment to show student growth. I have also included a self-assessment piece for students to track the type of errors they are making.
