This product is a third grade math application level assessment aligned with the common core standards G.1 and G.2. Included is a pre-assessment, summative assessment, an an individual profile of progress. I attach the individual profile of progress to the summative assessment and share it with parents to show their child’s progress in each standard. The test questions are grouped by standard so it is easy to pick out strengths and weaknesses for reteaching purposes.
