These connect 4 phonics games align nicely with the Science of Reading. They are a favourite centre activity of my Grade 3 students during word work or phonics time. They loved the mythical creatures theme and the harder vocabulary words. The games are differentiated for the levels of learners in the classroom because they get to decide which words to pick in order to win or block their partner.
