The GoalStudents will generate their own trigonometry equation using transformations. Once created, they will graph the function and create a roller coaster theme out of it. What's Included1. Students practice composition of functions through a relay race activity. Eight examples are included where the composition f(g(h(j(k(x))))) must be found. Have students work with a partner or a group of four. One copy of the heat is needed per team. Students take turns composing the functions, one at a time. The first student will find j(k(x)).
