About the store

Experience

Welcome! I am a preschool teacher in Oregon with 5 years of experience specializing in play-based, trauma-informed learning. With a background in Head Start and working with high-need families, I create developmentally appropriate resources for preschool and early elementary classrooms that support curiosity, connection, and joyful learning!

Teaching style

My teaching style is rooted in play-based, child-led learning. I believe young children learn best through exploration, curiosity, and meaningful relationships rather than forced or rigid instruction. I focus on facilitating learning, creating environments where children feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and grow at their own pace. My resources are designed to be developmentally appropriate, engaging, and realistic for real classrooms-supporting both teachers and students without adding unnecessary stress.

My own education history

I hold an Associate Degree and have completed ongoing professional development in early childhood education, play-based learning, and trauma-informed practices. My teaching experience and hands-on work in the classroom strongly inform the resources I create.

Additional biographical information

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time on the golf course and have a lifelong love of music. I've been singing for many years and find that creativity and expression play an important role in both my personal life and my work with children. I believe curiosity, patience, and joy are essential parts of learning-and those same values guide me in everything I create.
