Use this log to help parents keep track of reading at home. The book it certificate is an incentive. You can decide how many minutes you want the families to read and can use this from month to month.

This note is a perfect way to share data during remote learning or hybrid learning. You can input their assessment data and make comments about their time on the remote learning websites. Usually, teachers and families will see a correlation between practice time and growth. This is an easy way to see how much we have grown and what is coming next. I made a copy of this for each student and emailed it to families.

I have expanded my original behavior chart. We choose three behavior goals we are working on (expressing emotions appropriately, demonstrate self control, complete task, etc.) and student earns a smiley for each period. It allows for easy communication between teachers. It is a great way to document behavior and inform parents how the day was at school. Goals, schedule and interventions are editable!
