This is a letter I created to send home to parents to notify them of a possibility of retention based on their child's current academic progress. I used this for my Tier 2 and Tier 3 students from RTI.
This is a letter I created since I am the tutoring coordinator at my school. This outlines what is expected of students and parents. Feel free to edit and use as you see fit!
This is what I post everyday so students know what center they are doing when. Teacher group is my guided reading center. The way this is organized is that I see my lowest groups at least 3 times a week (which is recommended) and my high group is the only one I see on Friday. Feel free to edit as you wish.

I created a curriculum map that connects the high priority standards from FSA and the LAFS standards. Then I broke down each standard into an easily comprehensible skill to be mastered from that standard.

This was a great review game for the book, Holes. This was interactive and the students really enjoyed doing it. The level of difficulty was good for ESOL students as well as the high kids.
I wrote the answers in the note sections below each slide.

Used to notify parents what to expect for the FSA and how to best prepare their child for the upcoming assessments. I provided a Spanish version as well!
I created a pacing calendar in order to factor in time for review before the FSA comes for our students. Obviously, it contains dates for this current school year which is linked to my district's calendar, but feel free to use it and adapt it to meet your needs!

I have created a letter for you to use as well to help explain to parents how the FSA affects their child's promotion for fourth grade. I have it in English and Spanish.

This is a professional development I conducted to my staff. It gives you tips on how to conduct centers and expectations you can set for your teachers. This power point is ready to go and be used. The only thing I ask is that you provide me feedback and you can use it then for your school/staff.

This is a review sheet that I created based off of the FCAT 5th grade test specifications on everything involved in the unit for space. It also contains some standards that are tested, but are from 3rd and 4th grade science standards. SC.5.E.5.1 SC.5.E.5.2 SC.5.E.5.3 SC.5.E.5.4 SC.5.E.6.2 SC.5.E.6.3 SC.5.E.6.4

I was finding that my students were unorganized and I was stuck sorting through no name papers or getting incomplete center work. I came up with the idea of creating a checklist that contains everything the students need for the entire week. Their packet contains any homework they have and a list of directions. This is a major time saver and answers so many questions. :) Feel free to obviously edit it for your needs.
I created a basic Tier 1 RTI lesson plan structure for a 40 min block since my school has a dedicated differentiation time. Included has some resources to carry out this lesson plan as well. Feel free to use this as a regular ELA lesson plan for the end of the year for a basic novel study. :)
This is a rotation schedule that I used for the week for Math. It has built in spiral review and computer time as well as time at the back table with the teacher.
