This center is for students just starting to learn to count coins, and to reinforce counting by 5's and 10's. It includes 18 task cards, with all "prices" $1.00 and under, which only end in 0's and 5's. Students choose a card, then use coins to count out the proper amount onto the cash register spot on the card. I would recommend starting with just dimes and nickels. ***You will need your own fake coins for this center!***

This fall-themed math center virtually no prep- just print on card stock, cut, and play! The word problems are addition and subtraction, all sums and differences are within 20. Your students use the same rules as any other Memory Match, reading word problems and finding the equation that shows the correct solution. OR, you can use it as a "find your partner" game - give each student a card, and they must circulate the room looking for the problem or solution that matches theirs. Enjoy! :)
This deck of 44 number cards (random numbers 1-120) can help reinforce standard 1.NBT.A.1. Directions for two different games are included - to practice both parts of the standard.
