If you need an easy way to ensure you provide parents with ALL of the information during their parent-teacher conference, this form is fabulous!
I begin my conference by saying "I'm going to use this form as a guide for our conference..." then simply read over the form, explaining each item for their student. This form includes information regarding reading data - which I have found parents love to know!
Enjoy!!
This activity can act as an introductory assessment. Students should cut out the tiles and sort them into three categories, then create a main topic for each set of words.
