I'm Jennifer, the creator behind Teaching Appley Ever After! 🍎
I'm a preschool teacher who believes the best learning happens through play, hands-on exploration, and meaningful experiences. Every resource I create is classroom-tested and designed to help busy teachers spend less time planning and more time teaching.
You'll find engaging preschool and pre-k activities that build early literacy, math, fine motor, STEM, sensory, and social-emotional skills through playful learning. I love creating resources that use everyday classroom manipulatives—like pom poms, cups, counting bears, chain links, pipe cleaners, ball pit balls, and play dough—in dozens of different ways. Teaching style
My teaching style is centered around hands-on, play-inspired learning that keeps young children actively engaged while building meaningful early childhood skills. I believe children learn best by exploring, creating, moving, and manipulating real materials rather than relying on worksheets alone.
I love designing simple, versatile learning experiences that can be used in many different ways with the same classroom materials. By reusing familiar manipulatives across literacy, math, fine motor, STEM, sensory, and process art activities, I help make planning easier for teachers while giving children meaningful opportunities to practice important skills through play.
My goal is to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that are easy to prepare, encourage independence, spark curiosity, and make learning fun every day.

🌍 Selected to attend the International Reggio Emilia Conference in Reggio Emilia, Italy (2018), where I studied the Reggio Emilia approach alongside early childhood educators from around the world.
