I have completed specialized training and workshops to enhance my teaching practice, including the Depth & Complexity Framework, AP English Vertical Teams Workshop at Rice University, and the Pre-Advanced Placement English Summer Institute at Rice University. Additionally, I have professional experience with CodeHS, further expanding my skills in integrating technology and coding into the classroom.
My own education history
’ve spent over a decade working with students from Kindergarten through 8th grade, helping them discover who they are as learners through Passion Projects and personalized learning experiences. I believe that when students are given the space to explore their interests deeply, learning becomes meaningful and transformative.
In addition to working with students, I’m passionate about supporting educators. Teaching is powerful—but it can also be overwhelming. I love helping teachers reconnect with their purpose, prioritize their well-being, and find joy again in the work they do every day.
