Teaching style

The moment your curriculum comes first is the moment you burn out, and its time to find a new job! ✏️ I believe human beings are both intrinsically good, and intrinsically curious. ✏️ I believe in meeting learners, whether children or adults, where they are. You cannot teach anyone until you know them. ✏️ I believe in the recognition and celebration of difference, but I challenge attaching that difference to any kind of hierarchical privilege.
