This is the assessment I made to use for my kids at the beginning of the year and the end of the year. I print out enough of the first page for my entire class. Then I print out and laminate the other pages to reuse for each student. I used google docs so that the document is easily editable by each teacher to fit your own needs! It includes live videos of animals from the north pole, counting practice pages, and informational and fun learning videos about the north pole. This chart is something I use with my students to track who is doing their homework. It is a way to positively incentivise them and motivate them to complete their homework every day. They all decorate a jersey to move around on the board. Every time they complete five days of homework they get to move up to the next spot and when they complete 15 they score a goal. This pizza counting center makes counting fun by allowing the students to fill pizza orders! The kids will pick an order card and place it on the laminated pizza math page with the image of the pizza.
