This is the checklist I use for my student's weekly homework. You can either print it out or complete it on the computer. I leave it as a document on the computer and highlight the squares to show completion. You can fill in the students' names and change the dates according to your school calendar. I have uploaded it as a word document so you can make changes as needed.
