Here is a cute simple way to promote classroom management. In my class I use this as a whole class reward system. We choose one behavior that needs improvement. Then, after each lesson we decide as a class if they earn a letter. When they earn all the letters and spell the word they earn that reward. This document is used to earn a popcorn party.
