I have been a primary teacher for over ten years. I taught first grade in public schools for 8 years and am currently homeschooling kindergarten and second grade with my two boys.
Here is a cute simple way to promote classroom management. In my class I use this as a whole class reward system. We choose one behavior that needs improvement. Then, after each lesson we decide as a class if they earn a letter. When they earn all the letters and spell the word they earn that reward. This document is used to earn a popcorn party. I cut them out, laminated them, then stuck a magnet to the back to post on our chalkboard!
