Experience

I am in my fifth year teaching high school English in northern New Hampshire.

Teaching style

I mix my classroom with direct instruction, student-driven work, and collaboration. It is very beneficial when students can get the opportunity to have choice and active involvement with the curriculum.

My own education history

I have a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, English Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. I am currently working on an M.A. in English Literature.
