This is my 8th year as a Special Education Teacher in Chicago. Prior to teaching I substitute taught for 2 years. I loved being able to see and work with students of all ages and in different locations. I have family members with Autism, and a 4 year old with Autism.
Decimals Boggle (Moggle) is a Math Game, to help students learn and recognize decimals, for common fractions, that are equal to 1. The game requires students to be able to add decimals. Students have to find sets of decimal values (2 or more cards) that are touching (right, left, up, down, or diagonal) and equal 1 when added together.
The game includes

This packet is great for practicing and becoming fluent with fractions, decimals, and percents. It also has a column for word form to help students to understand what the numbers mean, and how they may appear in a word problem.
This packet is saved as a pdf file and is 12 pages long. The first page is a cover page and the last page is a Thank you and Credits page.

Additional biographical information
I have been working with children with special needs for over 16 years and I truly feel that it is rewarding. I am constantly trying to create and figure out new ways to present information to my students to help them learn. For the past few years, my coworkers have been telling me to put my stuff online, so I thought I would give it a try.
