With two decades of diverse experience in education, roles have included elementary classroom teacher, Instructional Coach for Title 1 schools, and Program Lead for ENVoY classroom management. Expertise also extends to supporting Multilingual Learner programs and teaching internationally in Taiwan. Additionally, experience as a university adjunct instructor has involved mentoring future educators. These experiences have developed a broad skill set in instructional leadership, classroom management, and language acquisition, offering practical, research-based strategies for teacher success.

Get students to talk to you about their problems at at appropriate time with this classroom form. Students fill out their request for a meeting with the teacher and put it in the teacher's designated area. This reproducible form saves class interruptions for better classroom management! Three versions are available in this document.

Reading BINGO (Reading log for intermediate students); With Dewey Decimal System
Use reading bingo to encourage your students to read from a variety of genres and to read a variety of lengths of materials. You can give one of these forms to the students per quarter (or shorter/longer depending on the needs of your students) and have them work towards reading 4-8 books in that period of time.
