In this activity students will analyze five different supreme court cases. Student will then be asked to determine which amendment was involved in the supreme court's ruling and whether or not they agree with the court's ruling. This activity has been great for student collaboration and has brought about some very interesting class discussions. Students will enjoy learning about these supreme court cases and how these landmark cases have changed policies and their day to day lives.
