Teaching style
✲ I am passionate about my job and spend a lot of time reflecting on the different needs and learning styles of my new teachers and the students fortunate enough to be in their classroom.
✲ I work hard to help each teacher actively engage with their students by facilitating lessons that are focused, motivating and hands on.
✲ We spend most of our time on differentiation, the backwards planning design and navigating through a new ELA program that our district recently adopted.
✲I can't think of any other job I would rather have than where I currently am.

I have been happily married to my husband, Al since 1981. We live in Rhode Island and have 2 wonderful daughters that we are very proud of. We are extremely fortunate to have 2 grandchildren, Ava and Ollie. They are the absolute love of our lives! We LOVE escaping in the summer by spending time on our boat in Newport and Block Island!
