This is a MUST HAVE for teachers and paraprofessionals of students with autism! These visuals should be printed out, and laminated - one side with the cue/prompt, one side with the GREAT! These prompts should be on the teacher or paraprofessional at all times. I wear mine on my lanyard around the neck!

This is my FAVORITE data collection sheet, and includes space for the activity, time, antecedent, behavior, consequence, and notes.
