Currently a 1st and 2nd grade Special Education teacher for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder on the General Education curriculum. Special education teacher with experience teaching in high-needs/Title I schools. Experience teaching special education middle school science and social studies - co-teaching and self-contained classes for students with intellectual disabilities. Experience teaching intermediate self-contained class for students with autism and intellectual disabilities.

This is my FAVORITE data collection sheet, and includes space for the activity, time, antecedent, behavior, consequence, and notes. I've also included 2 pages that give details on how to collect and interpret the results!
