Taryn is currently in her 10th year of teaching as a Special Education Elementary Resource Teacher. Her teaching journey has taken her from Hawaii to Washington State, and now she is proud to teach in California. Throughout her career, Taryn has had the privilege of working with students with diverse learning needs, including autism, ADHD, specific learning disabilities, dyslexia, anxiety, and social and emotional development needs. She has also gained valuable experience working at a Title I school with a diverse English language learner population. These experiences have reinforced the importance of effective collaboration, building positive relationships, and differentiating instruction to meet each student's unique needs. Taryn is passionate about creating engaging, inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive. Her goal is to empower teachers with practical resources and strategies that make a real difference in the classroom. My own education history

Taryn received her bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She also holds a post baccalaureate degree in Special Education Mild to Moderate Disabilities. She has a Masters in at Arizona State University for Applied Behavior Analysis Curriculum and Instruction.
