Teaching style

I’m a hands-on, do-it-to-learn-it kind of teacher who believes the best lessons are the ones students can feel, see, and live out. I love blending math, reading, and social studies into my science and agricultural education lessons because learning is more meaningful when it connects across subjects. My classroom is student-led, I want kids to take ownership of their learning, ask questions, make discoveries, and see how what we learn applies to the real world. I’m passionate about helping students connect science and agriculture to everyday life, whether it’s understanding where their food comes from or seeing the science in their favorite hobbies. My resources reflect that same energy, engaging, practical, and built to inspire curiosity and confidence in every learner.
