This is a Math About Me page that does not include family members because something that can be confusing to children with multiple homes. There is a space for a photo or self-portrait. You can make the directions as simple as a picture or use any type of equation you would like to represent the numbers.

Use this game board to reinforce skills such as sight words, fluency sentences, teen numbers, etc. Students roll the dice and say what is on the corresponding line. You can even have students set a timer and tally how many times they are able to read each line.
