After doing Student Led Conference for the past 5 years, I AM SOLD! It's amazing what students can come up with when they are to reflect on themselves and create their own presentations for both their teacher and parents. I find it much more effective for them to reflect on themselves and be honest with their schooling rather than being locked out of the process and just blasted once their parents get home from a typical parent/teacher interview.
