Fact Family Triangle cards are the perfect resource students to practice independently at their desks, with a partner, or even at home with their families. I love sending these home during back to school night while emphasizing the importance of fact fluency with families.

This office referral is editable for your school site. It is broken down into a quick check box area with limited writing space to streamline what teachers or staff may need to write on the form.
