This set includes five readers that can be used for teaching and practising numbers 1 to 10. Each little reader comes with its title page and the last page names the pictures and the number used in that reader. Fact families are a great way to help children see that smaller numbers will go into bigger numbers. They also teach that addition is the opposite of subtraction and division is the opposite of multiplication.

Children use a set of dominoes to copy their numbers onto their worksheets. They then must create addition and subtraction fact families with these numbers. A great activity for those children who have already been introduced to fact families and can work independently and/or in a small group situation.
