This template can be used to place and type up messages that print immediately onto post-it notes! These are great for small reminders home to be placed into students' assignment notebooks, planners, or on their desks for positive message! Type your messages in the box, place your post its in a template, and PRINT!

As a middle school teacher and IEP case manager, so many of my fellow colleagues were having a hard time organizing the constant and updating information. I created these two forms as easy checklists to access the most commonly needed information. (non-editable format)

This is just a quick resource that you can print on colorful paper and leave with your lesson plans for your substitute! They can easily fill it out throughout the day and it also acts as a subtle hint that feedback is encouraged! I hope to add different designs to this collection in the future!
